Kylie Jenner has made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut in a reported KSh6.5 billion ($50 million) diamond Fantasy Bra, stealing the spotlight at the brand’s runway extravaganza in Los Angeles, United States.
The reality television star and beauty entrepreneur walked the runway on Sunday, October 18, 2026, wearing the extraordinary creation designed by luxury jeweller Jacob & Co.
The appearance marked the return of Victoria’s Secret’s iconic Fantasy Bra to the runway for the first time since 2018, bringing back one of the lingerie brand’s most recognisable traditions.
Jenner paired the diamond-encrusted piece with a sheer mini skirt, clear heels and white feathered wings, combining the brand’s signature angel aesthetic with high jewellery.
The reported $50 million valuation makes it the most expensive Fantasy Bra in the collection’s history.
Inside Kylie Jenner’s KSh6.5 billion diamond bra
The Fantasy Bra was created in collaboration with Jacob & Co., the luxury jewellery house founded by Jacob Arabo.
According to reports, the elaborate piece features 4,410 natural diamonds, including a striking 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond at its centre.
The design also incorporates 91 larger white diamonds, with the piece constructed from precious metal rather than conventional fabric.
Fifteen craftspeople reportedly spent more than 1,000 hours creating the elaborate design, which weighs just under four pounds.
The project brought together lingerie design and high jewellery, with the structure engineered to follow the contours of the body while allowing movement on the runway.
The extravagant creation was intended to deliver more than a fashion statement. Its return also gave Victoria’s Secret an opportunity to revive one of its most recognisable show traditions.
A tradition dating back to 1996
Victoria’s Secret introduced the Fantasy Bra concept in 1996, when German supermodel Claudia Schiffer modelled the original Million-Dollar Miracle Bra in a promotional shoot.
Over the years, the designs became famous for their precious stones, elaborate craftsmanship and extraordinary reported valuations.
One of the most memorable versions was worn by Gisele Bündchen in 2000. Valued at $15 million, the Red Hot Fantasy Bra featured an elaborate arrangement of rubies and diamonds.
The most recent runway version before Jenner’s appearance was worn by Elsa Hosk in 2018.
The return of the Fantasy Bra in 2026 therefore marked a significant moment for the brand, which has sought to bring renewed attention to its annual fashion show.
Celebrities turn out for the runway spectacle
The Los Angeles show attracted a high-profile audience, including Jenner’s mother, Kris Jenner, and actor Timothée Chalamet, alongside other entertainment and fashion personalities.
The runway featured established Victoria’s Secret Angels and newer faces, including Joan Smalls, Candice Swanepoel, Gigi Hadid, Paloma Elsesser and Alex Consani.
Bella Hadid was among the models who appeared during the show, which combined familiar angel wings with designs inspired by different seasons.
The event also featured live musical performances from girl group KATSEYE, rapper Megan Thee Stallion and singer Tate McRae, among other performers.
The mix of fashion, celebrity appearances and live entertainment reinforced Victoria’s Secret’s effort to present the show as a major pop-culture event rather than simply a lingerie presentation.
Solange Omon wins ‘Angels Among Us’ competition
Another highlight was the unveiling of Solange Omon as the winner of Angels Among Us, Victoria’s Secret’s social-first reality series documenting its search for a new model.
The programme followed an open-casting process designed to discover new talent and give aspiring models an opportunity to join the brand’s wider modelling roster.
The competition attracted significant online attention, with the series forming part of Victoria’s Secret’s strategy to engage audiences through digital content alongside its traditional runway event.
The winner’s unveiling added a new-talent element to a show otherwise dominated by established names and celebrity appearances.
Victoria’s Secret bets on spectacle and renewed attention
The return of the Fantasy Bra comes as Victoria’s Secret continues to reshape its public image and fashion-show identity.
The brand’s runway event has faced criticism over its historical approach to beauty standards and representation. Its show was cancelled in 2019 before returning in a reworked format in 2024.
The latest edition combined elaborate designs, established models, newer talent, celebrity appearances and musical performances in an effort to appeal to a broad audience.
Jenner’s appearance was central to that strategy, bringing the reach of a globally recognised celebrity to a tradition associated with the brand’s earlier fashion-show era.
Whether the spectacle translates into sustained commercial gains remains to be seen. However, the reported $50 million Fantasy Bra has already become one of the most talked-about features of the 2026 runway show.
For Jenner, the appearance marked a new fashion milestone. For Victoria’s Secret, it was a high-profile return to a tradition built around luxury, celebrity and extravagant runway presentation.
